Reorderly is for you if…

You run a Shopify brand doing $500K–$5M/yr
You have 30–150 physical SKUs across multiple product lines
You work with 3 or more suppliers — domestic, overseas, or both
Someone on your team spends 4–6 hours/week writing PO emails
You’re migrating off Shopify Stocky before August 31, 2026
You want automation, not another spreadsheet or manual process

If that’s you, Reorderly pays for itself the first time it prevents a stockout.

Your ops are running you. Not the other way around.

At $1M+ revenue with 50+ SKUs, manual supplier management isn’t scrappy — it’s a liability. Every hour on PO emails is an hour not spent on growth.

69%

of customers switch to a competitor

When a $1M brand stocks out on a top SKU, most shoppers don’t wait. They find it elsewhere — and they often don’t come back. One missed reorder on your hero product can cost $30K+.

250 hrs

wasted on PO emails every year

Brands with 50+ SKUs across 3+ suppliers spend 4–6 hours every week writing the same emails. That’s a part-time hire worth of time going to admin work a machine should handle.

Shopify Stocky shuts down

Shopify killed their only free inventory app. No built-in replacement. If your ops run on Stocky today, you need a solution before August 31, 2026 — or your reorder workflow goes dark.

Frequently asked questions

Everything you need to know before getting started.

What happened to Shopify Stocky?

Shopify discontinued Stocky in early 2026. It was officially delisted from the Shopify App Store in February 2026 and will stop functioning entirely on August 31, 2026. Shopify has not announced a direct replacement.

Is Reorderly a Stocky replacement?

Yes. Reorderly covers everything Stocky did — inventory tracking, reorder point management, and supplier records — plus adds AI-powered PO email drafting, supplier reply tracking, and intelligent reorder suggestions that Stocky never had. You can migrate your Stocky data in one click.

How does Reorderly send purchase orders?

When your inventory hits your configured reorder threshold, Reorderly’s AI drafts a professional PO email addressed to your supplier’s contact, with the correct quantities, pricing, and requested delivery date. It sends it via email automatically. You receive a copy of every PO sent.

Does Reorderly connect to Shopify?

Yes. Reorderly uses the Shopify Admin API to read your inventory levels, product catalog, and sales data in real time. We never modify your inventory data — we only read it to determine when to send purchase orders.

What does Reorderly cost?

Reorderly is free during our early access period. Paid plans will start at $99/month. Merchants who join the waitlist now will receive a lifetime discount when paid plans launch. No credit card is required to get started.

Can Reorderly handle multiple suppliers?

Yes. You can add unlimited suppliers, each with their own contact details, minimum order quantities (MOQs), lead times, and pricing. Different SKUs can be mapped to different suppliers, and Reorderly will send each PO to the right contact automatically.

Does it work for all product types?

Reorderly works for any physical product sold on Shopify. It’s most valuable for merchants with 20+ SKUs across multiple suppliers. If you sell digital products only, Reorderly isn’t the right fit.

How is this different from Shopify Flow?

Shopify Flow can trigger basic inventory alerts and simple automations, but it can’t draft PO emails, communicate with external suppliers, or track supplier replies. Reorderly handles the full reorder workflow end-to-end — from detecting low stock to getting a confirmed order acknowledgment from your supplier.

Is my supplier data safe?

Yes. Your supplier data is encrypted at rest and in transit. We never share your supplier contacts or pricing data with third parties. You can export or delete your data at any time.

What if I want to review POs before they’re sent?

Reorderly supports a “draft mode” where all POs are queued for your review before sending. You get a notification, review the draft, make any changes, and approve it with one click. You can also set rules for which suppliers require manual approval and which can be sent automatically.
